"If you make friends with yourself, you will never be alone" -Maxwell Maltz

"Nothing ever goes away until it teaches us what we need to know"-Pema Chodron

A human being is not separate from their environment, their community, their family and their ancestors.  The world we see outside of ourselves is a reflection of our spirit. All of life is interconnected. It is not possible to heal a person as an individual, we must look deeply into their environment, their lineages, their family, their history and their connection to their community. All of these aspects of their lives have a profound influence on their experience of life, thoughts, expression and emotions. Each of these aspects can be seen as a type of 'spirit/energy' possessing and guiding the individuals experience, much like our DNA has a pre-programmed (destiny) to follow a particular line or path...Just as we inherit physical genes from our ancestors we also inherit life patterns, emotions and thoughts. We hold within us an energetic imprint of our ancestors pasts. Unless we are able to witness and understand these process we are blind to them (or possessed by them), and therefore have no control over our experience. My work is in helping the individual to wake up to these processes and to clear any blocks to being integrated harmoniously with each of these aspects of life and the  whole.

Traditional Healing is not a religion. It is the understanding of Life on earth and Natural Law. A Traditional Healer could be a Christian, a Buddhist  a New Ager etc...Traditional healing is the science of understanding life here on earth and the energetic realms influencing it. A good healer is able to deeply understand the principles of natural law and the things of this earth. How the elements, the stuff which life is made of , influence each other, how they influence us and the spirits within each of their realms . Traditional medicine recognizes that there is energy or spirit behind all matter. It is the understanding that our ancestors, the spirits of nature, the elements, our food, our environment, our cellular memory and coding all have a profound influence over our experience of life.
